Do you sell finished carriers?
Sorry– I do not but there are plenty of WAHM (work-at-home-moms) who have jumped through hoops to become compliant as a manufacturer in their countries.  The Sew Toot patterns group on Facebook has a list in the files section.

Can I sell carriers from your patterns?
I love small businesses and do not require any special licensing agreements in order for items to be sold from my pattern designs.  I do ask that anyone seeking to sell baby carriers adheres to their national standards for manufacturing and selling baby carriers where applicable.

Can a basic sewing machine sew a baby carrier from these patterns?

Where can I purchase the sewing patterns?
Sew Toot patterns can be purchased here and on Etsy.

Are seam allowances included in the patterns?
Yes, all Sew Toot sewing patterns are designed with the seam allowances included in the pattern pieces.

What is a digital pattern?
A digital sewing pattern is a downloadable pdf instructional file. You will need pdf reader software to open the file (Adobe, Foxit, Nitro, etc).

Will your carrier patterns help me to create a carrier “from scratch”?
Yes! All of the Sew Toot carrier patterns will help you create a carrier from start to finish.

How can I download a pattern?

How should I print the pattern ?

My pattern was revised, how do I receive the update?
If you’ve purchased from the Sew Toot website, all you’ll need to do is log into your account from the “Log In/Sign Up” page and you’ll see the pattern in your “Available Downloads” section.  The pattern in your account will always be up-to-date.   For Etsy purchases, please create an account here on the website and send us an email at (sewtoot@live.com) with the following information:  your account email and Etsy order number/s.   We recommend completing this process as soon as you complete your order.

How do I know if I have the updated version of a pattern?
To check if your pattern has been revised, check out our pattern revisions page.
*Please note that you will not be able to download a pattern from the linked page– you will need to log in to your account and download from the “Available Downloads” section.

Support Questions

How can I get access to a pattern’s facebook support group?
After completing your pattern purchase, send an email to [sewtoot@live.com] with your order information and a preferred email address for the invitation to be sent to. Make sure that your Facebook email notification settings are turned on for group invitations prior to sending your request so that you receive the invitation.

The pattern I purchased is not showing up in my account on the Sew Toot website.
We have to manually add Etsy purchases to our site before the patterns will show up.  Because an account is required for us to add the patterns, we only complete this process when requested.  To have a pattern added to your account from Etsy,  send us an email at sewtoot@live.com with your Etsy order number and we’ll get the pattern added!.
